This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the activities that are not permitted when using Apex Payment Solutions services. It applies in addition to our Terms & Conditions and your Merchant Agreement.
1. Prohibited business types
We are unable to support businesses operating in:
- Adult services or pornography
- Unlicensed gambling, lotteries or sweepstakes
- Sale of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Counterfeit or unauthorised branded goods
- Weapons, ammunition and explosives
- Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
- Unlicensed financial or investment services
2. Prohibited activities
- Processing transactions on behalf of a third party.
- Splitting or aggregating transactions to disguise their nature.
- Submitting fraudulent, falsified or disputed transactions.
- Using our services in breach of any law or card scheme rule.
3. Enforcement
We monitor accounts for compliance with this AUP. Breach may result in suspension, withholding of funds and termination of your account in line with your Merchant Agreement.
